I am one happy Ginger fan

With many many many thanks to jwalker (and all the other lovely people who uploaded these movies!) I am now the proud owner of Broadway Bad (1933), Follow The Leader (1930), A Night In A Dormitory (1929), Queen High (1930), Chance At Heaven (1933), and Oh Men! Oh Women! (1957)! That's 6 more movies crossed off the list, with more to come soon, hopefully!

See, Ginger is happy I'm getting closer to my goal as well! Just look at that adorable smile. =D

  2. AHAHAHA!!!! I remember this picture!! A month or so ago Fioraon and I had a whole discussion about what could be happening in this picture (most of them were jokes though!)

  4. Maria... make sure you have lots of storage space! There are GOBS of Ginger pics out there - and very few, if ANY, we could do without!!!

Lauren... I heard Penny Carrol had 'Perfect Strangers'!!! Wonder if Jen knows that... :-P heh heh...

BTW, all y'all, the outfit Ginger has on in this pic is just SO cool... like an angel of mercy or something, with that cape... or at least some type of heroine...SuperGinger!!! (but that is redundant, no?) :-)

  5. jwalker: Thanks! It is quite addicting! 'Super Ginger' haha! I like that. It suits her well. ;)

Lauren: I've been wondering what was going on in that picture myself. Haha.

Maria: You're welcome! I'm glad to see you're enjoying my blog! :)

  6. I'm going to find the message of supposed happenings. Give me 5 minutes.

  7. That took me longer than 5 minutes. But here are options:
    1. Is being held at gunpoint
    2. Is signaling that the UCLA Bruins just scored a touchdown
    3. Is snapping her fingers in glee because some guy just told her she's AWESOME
    4. Is celebrating because she got her makeup on before the paparazzi came
    5. Is reacting to a story she heard about a British fan pouring tea over someone's head

  8. ...Hmmm... I should come up with some 'captions' for this one, but may be at a later date...on the proverbial 'Monday Night Fumes'... brain not clicking...must have sleep...

...oh, BTW - so Lauren is a UCLA fan? interesting... I always liked them over SoCal, because I generally root for the 'underdog'... much like most of the teams I root for are... but I do have to warn you... I am a BIG Oregon Ducks fan... Quack Attack, baby... :-)

  9. "Quack Attack, baby"
    AHAHAHAHA

When you say SoCal, meaning southern california, are you referring to USC? Because both USC and UCLA are in SoCal.

And anyway I had better be a UCLA fan since I'll be spending four years of my life here!! So you have to root for my team from now on. ;)

  10. ...well, sorry the Quack obliterated the Bruins, Queen SF... good luck the rest of the season!!! (that is what the folks put on team smack boards after they whup up on someone...) I will root tenaciously for the powder blue and gold, along with the Mighty Quacks...
SoCal is USC, I guess, but I will refer to them as USC... and UCLA... see I went to UAB, or "Univ. of Alabama-Birmingham"... but a LOT easier to say, UAB. same goes for "Univ. of California-Los Angeles"...

  11. "SoCal is US"
Yeah that is true, I'm just used to the even shorter version, as in SC. SC plays LA.

I'm calling your school Univeristy of BamaHam. Talk about a lot easier to say! And a lot more fun, too. :)

  12. ...you know, of all the different ways that it is said, that actually is the best one I have heard! In fact, I might start using that! of course, we want to just be 'UAB', like UCLA and USC... but we are just not quite as well known yet... but BamaHam... that's classic!
There are a lot of us 'BamaHammers' who would like to get out of the UA system and just be the Univ. of Birmingham...trouble is, the UA system will not give up the med school - UAB is one of the top 20 or so in the nation...we have a HONKING hospital complex... I know UCLA does, also... so... for now, we must remain as BamaHam. It's just so weird nobody around here has ever thought of that!

  13. Haha, I'm glad you liked it so! I made it up myself. :) While I was writing the previous comment, actually. In other words... Tell Your Friends!!!

  14. ...The BamaHam Jam!

BTW, how does all this tie into the 'SuperGinger' pic at the top of this blog?

  15. This is exactly how my train of thought works. One thing leads to another until we are nowhere near where we started.

Jen was using this picture as an example for happiness, then you were speculating about it, and it just so happened that me and Fioraon happened to have had a conversation about it so I posted her thoughts, then you pointed out UCLA, so we started talking about schools, then you mentioned UAB, then genius struck and I came up with BamaHam, then we had a party.
